Norwegian coffee importer Nordic Approach and his team at Tropiq commissioned a video to showcase Peru as a great origin for specialty coffee. During a week, along Tropiq and Nordic Approach team, we visited multiple farmers and cooperatives in the region of Cajamarca, in northern Peru.
